1 Acceptance of Terms

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to your User Contributions and that such contributions do not violate the rights of any third party.
9 Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove or refuse to post any User Contributions for any or no reason, take any action with respect to any User Contribution that we deem necessary or appropriate, and terminate or suspend your access to all or part of any Application for any or no reason, including violation of these terms.
10 Freeware Notice and Limitations
All Applications on ysstechservices.com are provided as free tools for personal use. As freeware, they are offered without warranty, dedicated support, or guarantee of uninterrupted service. Features and access may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. By using any Application, you acknowledge and accept all limitations and risks associated with freeware products.
11 Service Availability and Uptime
Our Applications may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen outages. We do not guarantee any specific uptime, availability, or performance level for free users.
12 Feature Changes and Discontinuation

YSS Tech Services does not provide real-time or guaranteed customer support for free Applications. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email at ysstechservices@gmail.com, and response times may vary.
15 Data Storage, Retention, and Backups
Free accounts may be subject to storage limits, data retention policies, or periodic data purges. We reserve the right to limit, archive, or delete inactive accounts or associated data at our discretion.
Users are solely responsible for backing up their own data. YSS Tech Services is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or inability to access data.
16 Inactive Account Policy
- Accounts with no login activity for 12 months may be considered inactive.
- Inactive accounts may be subject to data archival or deletion without notice.
- We will attempt to notify users via email before account deletion.

Each third-party provider has its own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or service availability of third-party providers. Service interruptions at any provider may affect Application functionality.

Our Applications may not be available to users in certain countries subject to U.S. economic sanctions or export controls. By using our Applications, you represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country subject to U.S. embargo or identified as a “terrorist supporting” country.

Our Applications are primarily intended for users in the United States. If you access any Application from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. We do not guarantee compliance with laws in all jurisdictions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these terms or any Application shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey.
28 Modification or Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, especially in cases of violations of these terms or applicable law.
29 No Partnership or Agency
Use of any Application does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and YSS Tech Services.
30 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
31 Entire Agreement
These Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and YSS Tech Services regarding use of our Applications and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

- Past performance data displayed in the application does not guarantee future results.

- Market data may be delayed by 15–20 minutes or more, depending on data provider agreements.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data.

Third-Party Data Providers (Portfolio App)
In addition to the common third-party services listed above, the Portfolio Management App integrates with:

User Data Accuracy
- Users are responsible for accurately entering all portfolio data, including purchase prices, dates, quantities, and transaction details.

- Users should maintain independent records of all transactions.
Performance Metrics and Calculations
